COVID-19 UPDATE

We are working hard to ship orders as quickly as we can while we and Hermes are working with a reduced staff. We are generally able to achieve our usual fulfillment times as outlined further below. Orders can take approximately 1 week to arrive as both we and Hermes are trying to adhere to safe working guidelines. We would be grateful for your patience if your order is delayed. 

CLICK AND COLLECT FROM STORE

To help our more local customers, we are now able to offer a Click and Collect delivery service to pick up your orders from our shop on Walthamstow-London.  At checkout please select the Free Pick Up Delivery method and you will be notified as soon as your order is ready, usually within 2 days. 

Collection is welcome, payment must be made in cash at the time of collection. Please call to arrange collection. Can be collected same day. 

We aim to dispatch orders with 2 workings days We post orders using Hermes for UK customers. UK customers will typically receive their orders in 2-4 working days. Deliveries may take longer to arrive during busy periods, such as Christmas, Bank Holidays and when we are at shows and we appreciate your patience.

UK FLAT RATE SHIPPING – £4.00

Parcels that go over the max 2kg weight limit for the shipping will need to be sent in two parcels so some increased rates in shipping might occur. This tends to be for bulkier fabrics like sweat shirting, wool and soft furnishings. If you’re concerned about the weight of your parcel just send us an email before you place your order and we can look into the rates for you. 

RETURNS

We want you to be delighted with your fabric, but sometimes things go wrong.  Refunds for cut fabric or ribbon are discretionary unless faulty or damaged and not for any other reason as it will have been cut to your specific requirements.

Please contact us in any case before returning anything and we can advise how best to proceed.

Please note – Fabrics which are woven from natural fibers have characteristics and other irregularities in the yarns which are features and not therefore treated as weaving faults.

RETURNS FOR CHANGE OF MIND OR SIMILAR

If the buyer wants to return the item within 30 days they will be liable for safe and insured return postage – the item must come back unused, undamaged and complete with all supplied accessories and packaging otherwise deductions may occur. All returns need to be authorised by us, once the return is received and inspected, refund will be issued.
